Information about our Velvet Lops

The Velvet Lop rabbits have been developed in Australia by breeding a Rex Rabbit which has a lovely coat with a Dwarf Lop which has a beautiful personality. Over a few generations of breeding, breeder's have come out with the velvet lop rabbit. The Velvet lop as the name suggests has a very soft luxurious velvet coat, a great personality, is low maintenance and good for people with allergies - as it does not molt like other rabbits.
